Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: $8.00 — estimated delivery 5–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: $15.00 — estimated delivery 2–3 business days
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $70.00

International Shipping (EU & Europe) We ship to all European Union member states and select European countries. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Western Europe (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden): Carrier-calculated rates via DHL Express, FedEx, and USPS — estimated delivery 7–14 business days
  • Eastern Europe (Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia): Standard Shipping from $22.00 — estimated delivery 10–18 business days
  • Southern Europe / Other (Cyprus, Greece, Malta, Luxembourg): Standard Shipping from $25.00 — estimated delivery 10–18 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
